I'm talking about the program tailored just for women, howwomenloseweight.com with the commercial that shows the man and the woman as overweight cartoon figures. The man diets and gets skinny, but the woman just gets smaller breasts by dieting (so funny!).Has anyone out there tried this particular weight loss idea and did you get good results? After I have my baby, I'm considering trying it.

The pills are worthless. The only thing that helped even a little is the drink mix does seem to help suppress appetite, but only for a very short time. You're better off with a healthy, low-calorie diet and exercise. Log everything you eat. I lost 70 pounds by doing this.

I wouldn't go anywhere near pills and quick fixes, it needs to be a new way of life if it's going to work.I found this exercise from home course you can do which works miracles and even fitness trainers etc recommend it. It teaches you what to eat and when and you don't have to go to a gym to exercise either, which you obviously won't have time for after having a baby!It also teaches you how to kick any bad habits and the workouts are timed to fit in with a busy routine of feeding, burping, changing, playing, sleeping etc etc.Much safer than pills and A LOT cheaper in the long term Smile
