http://www.fitday.com/ http://www.my-calorie-counter.com/The second link is more towards what you are looking for I believe. I use fitday personally and enjoy it. These are more like communities than programs though. I don't know that there are any free weight loss programs out there but you can try a google search. Sorry I couldn't be more help
