| I joined weight watchers about 6 weeks ago. Over the past 6 weeks I've lost 7lbs and gained two ( I had pneumonia and the flu and it messed me all up)....which leaves a total loss of 5lbs. 5lbs in 6 weeks kind of dissapointed me, but its stll a success and its something I wouldnt have been able to do without the weight watchers program.I havnt been losing weight lately (the last 2 weigh in's i gained like .4 , .2... not a big gain, but still a gain)...so I decided to buy a few cans of slimfast. It's only 3 points for the can, and it says it controls hunger for up to 4 hours.NOT TRUE! lol. I have been drinking a can of slimfast for breakfast since monday..and it seems like not even an hour after i've finished, i'm hungry! is it becuase i'm not used to the liquid breakfast? Should I stick it out another or so and see if I get used to it? Or should I stop now? I'm just curious to see if combining the slimfast with the weight watchers will jump-start my weight loss again. |

| I have the same problem with liquid meals, I can't do it. I would try maybe eating a rice cake alone with the slimfast. See if that will help elevate the hunger. Good Luck!!! |

| Well if i wud be u i wouldnt eat slimfast or weight loss Cuz all they do is control ur hungerness while inside u ur still hungry and need the proteins and stuffsId say have a low calorie and a high protien diet for a week or two and see how ull lose weightTrust me just try it once its much better feeling and healthy |

| Slim-Fast has always had the opposite effect on me. If I have a slimfast I getmore hungry an hour later than I would have if I had not eaten anything. I am this way with oatmeal too. I'm not sure if it is the carbs or the sugar. I know it's worked for some but for me I have had better luck with protein. Like a vegetable omelet or I use the egg beater flavored, I think it is vegetable and there is a southwestern flavor, I like he vegetable better but it is quick and low points. So if I were you I'd try low fat proteins. |
