| The drill is surprisingly simple. Consume fewer Calories and expend more. The secret is, that the Calories you do consume are loaded with nutrition. This satisfies the hunger which is the most important aspect in any diet. Most diets fail because most of us don't like to go hungry. Dr. Fuhrman's diet has worked wonders for me, because I eat all I want. And, for exercise, I just walk.... one or two hours a day.. You can increase the Calorie output by running or swimming, but I prefer a leisurely walk. This has been so effective, that my weight has plummeted nearly 50 pounds in just over three months. Not only that, my diabetes has reversed so much, that I don't take any medication for it anymore. Here's my little blog:Here’s all you need to lose weight all over, look good, and get really healthy. First, you have to realize there is no quick, long lasting weight loss plan or pill that is going to do the trick. It’s purely mental. You have to learn to “Eat to live, don’t live to eat”. Sounds simple, doesn’t it? It is, if you understand that you are going to be reprogramming how you think about eating for the next few weeks. Old habits die hard, right? Not really. You get rid of bad habits by replacing them with good habits. If you learn to count your Calories, keep Calorie intake lower than output, exercise moderately, and eat only healthy, nutrient rich natural foods, you will lose weight. That’s a fact. All it takes is repetition. All success stories have this in common: The successful folks among us know how to be patient, persistent, and consistent. Set a goal, write it down, and stick with it. The benefits of feeling good will outweigh any sense of sacrifice you might feel about having to push away that cake and ice cream. | Hi,I lost 5kg in 2 weeks. For the last 5 years I have had fantastic results with Xenical for weight loss. And the best part is that I never had to suffer from hunger pangs or deprive myself of all the wonderful food I enjoyed. After about 3 weeks I was able to happily choose if I wanted to eat those fattening foods or not.Xenical helps do this by working on the absorption of fat in your body instead of suppressing your appetite. The main ingredient in Xenical is orlistat and when taken with a meal it works on the enzymes in your stomach and ensures that about 30% of the fats eaten in the meal is not absorbed into the body and therefore excreted undigested. When you compare calories, the 9 calories per gram of fat is more than double that of 4 calories for protein and 4 calories for carbohydrates. In fact when I first started with Xenical I had to reduce my intake of diabetic medication because of this sharp drop in calorific intake. And within a few days I started to see the pounds coming off for the first time in my life and the feeling was just so exhilarating. Its now been 5 years and I am able to maintain my ideal weight and feeling so much fitter. As always check with your doctor before embarking on any weight loss program.Check it out for yourself at: http://www.photosonlinespace.com/xenical.php Martin |
