I am looking at doing the program, but everything that i ready shows massive weight loss, I dont have that much weight to loss maybe like 7kgs, and its mainly held around my butt and thighs. Will this program help me and what other benifits will i see??

This is a great program....even if you only want to lose a little bit of weight. I've done it and met my goal weight.
