| I'm trying to lose weight before the summer so that I can look good for an acting program I'm doing where I will have to appear on stage. I know I have enough time, but my problem areas are, well...problems. BIG ones. Are there any good exercises to target my legs and butt while still working the abs? And what foods are good for losing weight around there too? What foods should I avoid? |

| Aoid saturated fats, and try to eathigh protien meals. Running swimming are the fastest wieg to loose wieght. Also almost every execise you do works your abs |

| You could start out by walking! Focus on your posture while doing so! You'll be working on your abs and back while walking and maintaing good posture! |
