what helped me; was pure trim / a non-gmo plant based product you mix with water - a living food, without ANY bad additives / no soy/no whey -- just good mix of protein/and; carbs; you'd be amazed at what 5 lbs of fat looks like -- i went from 171 lbs down to 128 in 12 weeks ; and;; my body fat went from 34% down to 19%... NOW, i am eating right !!!but this product it saved me / and, put me back onthe trackdrinking water is major -- 1 oz for every 2 lbs -- is a major secret to reducing !!!a link for pure trim is www (dot) workingwonders (dot) awarenesshealth (dot).com they also have a product called experienceand; it is good for cleansing the colon both products are easy to take if you are away from homesince/ the protein drink mixes easy with watergood luck / and, i hope you enjoy serving in the marine corps :)hope this helps/ susan (you've got to eat / AND; this product is cheap / and, you can turn one pack into 2,by mixing with 16 oz of water - and; putting 8 oz over 8 oz of ice cubes--and; thus one meal; becomes 2)

I lost 25# (and still going) using weight training. While weights are expensive, you can use weights that you deal with in everyday life. The secret is water. (Not because of Hydration, that is important too) 1 OZ of water is 1 OZ of weight. thus a 16.9oz water bottle (.5L) is just over a pound in weight (or half a Kg in metric) and some people do exercises carrying 1# dumbbells... Replacing the water with dirt or sand would make it weigh more (I don't know how much though).Of course, you could carry a case of water up and down the stairs a number of times, on non consecutive days, eventually add a little more weight to it. While soda is not the same density as water, a 12pk of cola can be estimated at 9# (Diet is lighter than water, Regular is heavier, but the weight on weightplates varies too) and of course a 24pk would be 18 pounds. (If you get a non carbonated drink like fruit punch (high sugar though) or Sunny D, you won't have to worry about them getting too shaken up.A 2 Liter bottle is 2Kg, which is about 4.2#. Also. keep in mind that not only do those numbers apply to using them as weights, but also that your weight will vary because of them. If you drink a bottle of water, until you pass that water, you have gained 1# from that drink. Most of it will leave your body, but until it does, its going to show on the scale. Another warning, from my experience, if you lose too much weight (even if you are trying to lose more) you might end up without any clothes because they are too big on you. My favorite shirt is much too large on me now, though a few months ago I had almost outgrown it. While a good thing on paper, having to spend $$ on new clothes all the time when you are the kind of person that doesn't buy clothes often, and still wears shirts they got free in college almost 10 years ago, can really suck. Mind you though, if that is your biggest complaint in life is your clothes are too big, then life is rather good.
