| I'm a 16 year old caucasian kid living in Utah. I weigh 165 pounds and I'm 6' 6" tall. That's about 75 Kilograms and 1.98 Meters. I'm really tall and skinny. I play basketball in the winter for my school, but I'm just too skinny to push kids around like I should be able to. I'm going to play tennis in the spring, and run cross country in the summer. I really want to gain a lot of weight over the next 6 months. It seems like I've tried everything to gain weight, I just have a really fast metabolism or something. I'm open to all types of workouts, diets, etc. It just has to work. Please help me! |

| You really need to go on an anaerobic exercise schedule. This involves heavy weights. Do this 5 day plan as so:Day 1: Chest 6 sets, max 12 reps, legs 6 sets, max 12 reps. Various bench pressing for chest, squats and leg presses for legs. Do as MUCH weight as you can each set to keep the repetitions between 8 and max 12.Day 2: Back and Arms. Work the lats hard, 6 sets 12 reps max on back and 6 sets on arms, 3 bicep and 3 triceps.Days 3: Back to Chest & legsDay 4: Back and Arms again - remember to keep doing as much weight as you can. Later sets will probably be less weight as you get fatigued.Day 5 : RestRepeat back to Day 1.Drink lots of protein drinks. |
