ok so i have twins! and yes i have the dredded "twin skin" that is known among us twin mothers....lol! so i weigh about 175 and im 5'5 i want, need, desire, dream about being my pre-preggo again at 130! i really have NO time to exercise (twins, wife, college, housework,etc.) my days and nights are full. i have bought some exercise dvds but not that interested in them. i have tried dieting, but i will lose weight then just gain it back a few months later. this sucks! so does anyone know of a GREAT diet? or easy quick exercise plan that i can do in about 30 mins a day?i do that alot except right now, its just way to cold to take the kids outside and walk around in the windy cold weather. but as soon as it warms up i'll be out there!!

There is no miracle cure for diets. But I would recommend "Body For Life". It is a new diet that is a variation of South Beach, but seems much more sustainable long term because it introduces more foods and has a "eat anything" day once a week.Check out their home page at http://www.bodyforlife.com/ See source area for more good idea

i just recently bought a work out dvd at GI Joes.its called Shape bikini body camp. there is two works outs you can do each is 30 minutes long and then there is 5 minute mini workouts you can do too. i like it alot and i jus started.it was like $20

NUTRI-SYSTEM. my friends mom was on a commercial 4 them and she lost 100 lbs!!!!!

Throw those kids in a stroller and walk for 30 min a day. Lower your calories intake. Keep a journal of what you eat and cut back your calories.

I recommend the Carb diet!!! Only eat 20 carbs a day with 30 minutes on the treadmill.... you will loose about 12 lbs in 2 weeks !!!! It works really!!!!

I am doing Weight Watchers and Curves 30 Minute work outs right now, with a good bit of success. Weight Watchers is great because it is not so much of a diet as it is a lifestyle change. Shows you the right proportions and lets you eat alot of foods. As far as exercise I go to curves becuase it is only 30 minutes of my day. Also with twins you will be getting plenty of exercise soon enough Smile
