I am in need of a workout and diet plan that I can use every week. Do not respond unless you actually use the diet and/or workout plan (and it works). Trainers may also post. Below I have provided some helpful information about me. Good luck, 10 Points for best diet/exercise plan. *Helpful Information*Age: 19 Height: 5"67Weight: 145-150 Ibs.Waist: 30 InchesShoe Size: 9 ½Gym Access: YesFree Weights or Machine Access: BothAllergys: NoneTarget Fat Loss Areas: Mainly the abdominal, chest, bicep, tricep, and back muscle regions. Ok that should help out some. I do not currently have a diet or workout plan, but have done crunches, running, for a few months then stopped because of no results. This includes 100 crunches every 3 days, running 3 miles 4 days a week, and 5 reps of 10 with 20 pound free weights everyother day. I may need to focus more on my diet because I eat a lot of itallian food and meat. Please be as specific as you can , when giving advice.I forgot to mention that I am not "huge", I am actually a medium-small guy, I just have a small layer of fat, on my abdominal region that I want to get rid of. I can almost see an outline of my abs.

i'm trying to loose about 25-30, i don't eat past 7 pm, i make sure to drink water, no fast food, no sodas/tea, drink juice sparingly cus it has alot of sugar, do some sort of work out at least 30-45 minutes daily even if it is just a brisk walk. so how much you loose in a month, and then adjust your meals and workouts accordingly. i've lost about 15 or so in the past couple months but just eliminating junk food and sodas and taking care of myself when it comes to meal time. me and my son have both benifited by a more structured meal plan and exercise routine. i walk to the park with him in the mornings then he rides his bike and i walk with him in the afternoons. little things like that can make a big difference when loosing weight. you'll figure out how to get those 30-45 minutes of exercise in your daily routine. but if you are looking for quick results and very minimal changes to your lifestyle i sugest aerobics/step aerobics... i did that 3 times a week and was looking good, then again that was before i got pregnant and had free time to take the classes.but i started last night a new routine when my son goes to bed. i do this jazzerscise video i found. there are others like it, the more stamina i get the more videos i am going to do in one session. i know ur not a female looking to lose the baby weight, but this is still a good way to loose weight. i highly recomend aerobics/step aerobics, or stretch and flexiblity, just give the video a try, the lady doing it is a little out of this world wierd looking but its somthing to give you an idea.

It is impossible to target train a specific area of your body, for example your abs. No matter how many crunches you do , if you have a roll of fat on your mid-section, you'll never see that 6 pack. The key to a lean and buffed body involves not only an intense training session, but proper diet as well. In fact, it is 80-85% diet alone that constitutes an awesome diet. While there are many diets out there , this one is by far superior. Check out the guy who wrote it-- a regular person, not some superstar. http://www.magnetic-diet.com
