| I am about to join Lucille Roberts on Thursday and i want to make sure when I go to workout, I know exactly what I am doing that can aontribute to my weight loss. I am not sure what to eat. However, I do know I don't want to go on a strict diet where I stop eating certain types of food to lose the weight and when I go back to it, I gain the weight back. I need something that is realistic and is a lifestyle change, not a diet. I want to know how long should I stay at the gym? I can only go about 3 times a week. What type of eating plan that has worked for you that you can recommend? Thank you. Serious answers pleaseNo fad diets please. Lifestyle changes and permanent eating habits I am looking for |

| Well, I used i Diet & Fitness because their Diet and Fitness packages are professionally done to help you lead a healthier lifestyle and they stay away from "fads". They just use what works. I've had great success with them. Hope this helps and good luck!! |
