| If I do the southbeach diet and still eat fruit. ( I don't want to do it that strict.) Do you think I could lose 10 pounds.If I exercise 5-4 times a week,Do pilates almost everydayDo yoga a few times a weekAnd lift weights and do crunches.Can I do it?By the way I only drink green tea and TONS of water, I take a multivitamin, vitamin c, digestive enzymes, omega 3 and vitamin D and calcium pills everyday.What are some other vitamins I could take that would be good?My one problem is I tend to binge eat a lot at night, and I have a sweet tooth, but my mom always buys the bad stuff.(once in a while)What do you think, any advice?By the way I'm 5'6.5 and weigh 153 |

| Yes.... but doing that on a diet you are going to lose a LOT of muscle instead of fat. |
