| It is possible to lose 25 lbs in your first month - most people lose a lot more weight in the fist month. But it is not healthy to lose more than about 10 lbs per month after that. Remember though that muscle weighs more than fat does. So if you are gaining muscle, and you lose 5 lbs, you probably really lost more like 6-8 lbs of fat.If you stop working out afterwards, but still eat as much as you did, yes you can gain the weight back. This is because working out used a lot of the calories. And even if you don't eat too much, the muscle will slowly disappear if you stop working out. |
