how do i lose 5 pounds in 1 month? starting today Feb. 18th ?! must lose - it is a priority, please & thanks also no going to the gym - or "eating healthy"and stuff like that - just excersising - i have a tredmil, and i run around alot and i have a weight machine - but i do NOT want to tone - just lose weight. please&thx

You HAVE to eat healthy. You do want to lose the weight, don't you? 5 pounds in one month is easy, if you will eat good foods.

the slim fast diet. Drink it in the morning, and evening and for lunch have something nutritious, like a salad, and grilled chicken. If your craving a snack only eat fruites! do this for four- five weeks...hope this helps

5 pounds should be easy to do in a month. Don't eat too close to your bedtime. I think just using the weight machine will provide toning whether you want it or not. http://www.clearhealthandfitness.com/oprah-weight-loss.html
