If I maintain a healthy diet and run everyday at 6 for 20 minutes. How much will i lose in a week?

I am 5'8 i weigh 133 pounds. If I run everyday at 6pm for 20 minutes. then eat a healthy dinner. What would be my weight in a week. ALSO!, i haven't drank anything but water in 3 months. i've also been eating healthy and going to the gym for cardio but it doesn't seem to be working so im asking this question. I will also do 20 crunches. 20 Squats and arm lifting. PLEASE HELP ME . What would be my weight by the end of this week.

First of all ... given your height and weight I dont see you losing much weight as you sound a little underweight. You're going to have a difficult time losing weight; I would recommend incorporating more weightlifting into your workout but keep the cardio. This will hopefully speed up your metabolism and you might be able to burn off a few lbs. Make sure you're eating right though and maybe consider taking a multivitamin. All this will hopefully kick that metabolism into gear

You are underweight. You should NOT be losing weight. Your focus should be on gaining strength and endurance. Combine cardio and weight training. Aim for at least 30 minutes a day, 3+ days a week. Running for 20 minutes is a good start, but you should increase it as your endurance improves.Make sure to work all the major muscle groups and don't work the same group (i.e. lower body) two days in a row.If you think you are fat, you should seek out professional help - you might have an eating disorder.
