| Okay so here I amIm 114lb5ft 5 I jog 4 times a weekDance for 30 minuites twice a dayRun Up Stairs.Diet of 1000 -1500 kcal. Any tips?Luv xxI am quiet fat, I feel like it. So Im trying to get to double digits like 99lb. Please =]Ive also had an ed.Please help :S |

| Why would you want to lose weight. Your weight sounds good at 114lds. But if you still want to lose more weight. Try cutting back on junk food, eat more fruit and vegetables and dont skip meals. |

| You do not need to lose weight. I would think you are already thin enough by looking at your stats. If you feel flabby....do more toning excercises and less cardio. You cannot do the same workout all the time. You have to increase your times to benefit from weight loss. |

| I am guessing you think you are fat! You are in your ideal weight...although I think you should gain some weight through muscle! Try toning with light weights and high reps! Your weight is not an issue! |
