| Sounds like garbage to me. Healthy weight loss is between one and two pounds a week. Water weight comes and goes and it's usually 1-2lbs itself. If she isn't telling fibs they she either has a dodgy scale, is anorexic, or is crazy.Your body needs a certain amount of fuel (food) each day to stay alive and do any exercise/activities that you're involved in. If you eat slightly less than this amount then your body will burn fat to make up the difference. If you eat way less than this amount, you'll go into starvation mode and won't lose anything.Figure out how many calories you need to eat each day to lose weight, how many extra calories you burn through exercise, and how many calories are in the foods you eat. You can do all of that here: http://caloriecount.about.comGood luck! |
