Ok i have MAJOR training comeing up, i just got myself a personal trainer & my work out EVERYDAY last's 3hours & 20mins. Also baths on a sunday for 2hours. I start it tomorrow. Should i take this day to relax & build myself up for it?? or get straight into working out & do some running.....

start stretching...alot!! Just jumping into a 3 1/2 hour workout without serious preparations may cause injury.

I am interested to know what you do in your life do you work ? 3 hours exercise to me seems unnecessary unless you are a professional athlete. If you work in an office then yes extra exercise may be good for you, if you do not work and are not an athlete then you should get a job and work off your excess energy. work is the best exercise and good for your health as well as earning a living
