i could cry when i step on the scale.i get frustrated and don't even want to buy clothes when i go shopping, and i love shopping.i used to weigh like 110, over the course of a year i tip the scale at 164, i just let myself go.i really need to loose weight thoughi don't want to do diet pills or anything.i don't know what to do, but hopefully i can loose like 15 20 pounds by the time summer is here?:[my weight depresses me, i don't like looking in the mirror or even hanging out with my friends anymore, my social life is going downhill cause i'm embarrassed to hang out with all my friends that are all little skinny ministhanks 'mr. its too late' i could understand it being too late when i'm like 300 pounds, but i dont think it is ever to late if someone dedicates themselves to doing something, it can be done.i can dedicate myself if i want to, just lately i have given up on myself but its about to change.you just motivated me more :]lol and "throw in the towel and consume the whole fridgerator"that was funnnny.

Look at the big picture. What can you do to change your image? You know that if you do that you will gain your confidence back.So suck it up, eat healthy and work out. And in the end you thank yourself.

I think you could lose about 20lbs for sure if you dedicate yourself. Don't look at the negative side to it, the only one responsible for it is you and you're the only one who can solve it. The most important part is eating healthy try to get as much whole grains to substitute things like pasta, white bread, etc. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and get rid of the sodas/junk food. Next is exercise, you can lose weight without it but it speeds up weight loss. I really think in this weather joining a gym is recommended. If you do join try to get there 3-4 times a week. If you can't join either try to get a treadmill or elliptical. And if you can't do that, hopefully it's warm where you are because you probably should go running outside. Or get a jump rope and try that for about 20 minutes every other day or so.

Don't worry about weight... Weight isn't your whole world... Eat right, exersise, don't do drugs/alcohol/or develop eating disorders, these kill. Join a sport perhaps. But definantly talk yo your parents, doctor, teacher, counseler, or a trusted relative/person. Get help before it goes downhill.Don't try to live up to your friend's standards, make your own. Looks isn't everything.

Start with the small things; just start choosing healthier options not as part of a plan, but compulsively. Then set small goals; i.e. "2 days per/wk I'll go running/take a walk in a park".Ultimately, you'll realize that you have the self-control to make better choices, your social life will improve, and even if you dont make your goal, you'll be able to look in the mirror and say "I did something with myself instead of just giving up."

If your friends aren't supportive, maybe they aren't really friends. You CAN do this. Watch what you eat: no junk, lots of fruits & veggies, more fish & chicken, no fried food, eat regularly & no skipping meals. Drink lots of water, at least 8 glasses a day. Keep salt intake low, use other spices. Exercise: WALK! not stroll, 2 miles a day. Lift weights (you can use 1# cans of veggies at first-- as you can lift more, use milk jugs with an appropriate amount of water in them.) Keep busy. If you are helping someone(volunteering) you feel good about yourself. Take up knitting or some craft to keep your hands occupied. Keep a journal of what & when you eat. Don't get on the scale every day--once a week is plenty. If you lose 2 pounds a week, that's great. Don't freak out if you hit a plateau--just hang in with the program & things will pick up again. If you fall off the wagon, forgive yourself, but then get right back on--one slip is not the end of the world, unless you throw in the towel & consume the refrigerator. This IS posssible. Just take it a day at a time. I wish you much success.

Start eating whole foods and drop the junk food don't spend anymore money on them. get a little motivated when you. Look at the mirror and tell yoursewlf to workout and move. Also when you have cravings or feel very hungry just keep drinking water or chew gum. Cravings will go away max 20 mins so just wait it out best of luck hope you yurn to a skinny mini

It's too late to come here for help. You should know the answer a year ago. Remember that no matter how hard you try, your body weight can be corrected in one day , one week , one month and even one year. It's long-term intervention.
