| I am 5'1" 135pounds, size 5/6 since january 1st i have gained 22 pounds, and my size 1/2 pants dont fit.I would like to know the quickest way to lose this weight. -does anyone know a good diet, diet pills, -how often should I excercise, No more than 45 minutes 4 times a week, kinda busy.thank you. |

| The only way to lose fat is creating a slight deficit in daily caloric intake (about 300-500cal deficit).Eat 5-6 small meals a day.Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.Do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min and light weight training a few times a week.Never starve yourself or try ridiculous diets to lose weight - you will only harm yourself that way.Use sparkpeople.com and shape.com community for support and ideas, fitday.com for tracking your intake |

| do the south beach diet(you lose 8-13 pounds in the first 2 weeks!) im doing it right now.and use Alli diet pill...it helps you lose 50% more fat...so theoretically,using alli + south beach diet....you could lose 16-26 pounds in 2 weeks! |

| diet pills don't work, they are a waste of your money. Eat small healthy meals, no soda or juice, drink ONLY water and about 8 cups a day. You can swim for cardio because swimming helped me lose weight like crazy! good luck! |

| The food you eat for breakfast & lunch you'll burn off. It's dinner you have to be careful with. |
