| Ok, I know I can do it. My dad is in really good shape, so with his help it'll be fantastic!I'm 15, 5'7 and I weigh 120 pounds and my waist line for jeans are like.. a 28 or 29. I want to lose about 10 pounds. Yes, that much. Or maybe like 115, but since I have two months I have the faith I can get down to 110.Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?I never really watch my diet and don't plan on it.I might, I don't really eat as much sweets so I guess I'll try to eat more fruits. I honestly don't eat that much, the only problem is that I'm always behind the computer so that's why I'm kind of fat and I have school from 7 to 5. ANYWHO! I'll be running track and keeping myself active. I always ride my bike. What can I do to get a smaller butt?And how much weight do you think I ca lose?I appreciate it! |

| well 5'7" and 120lbs is realy really good weight, but a 28 waist jeans is bigger than what i wear and i'm 5'2" and 110 so i think that you just need to tone up. go out and run a little bit and don't be discouraged if you don't LOSE weight work on losing fat. good luck! |

| go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else! |

| Hey I am 15 too and I weigh 120 I am going to Istanbul over the summer and I would like to be 110 just like you but I am 5 " 4'... Maybe we could help each other?I am a girl btw... email me I will tell you my email this is my dads??PLease I really need a buddy |
