I started the b 12 diet wendsday but my doctor told me i can eat fruit, meat, and vegatables. He also gave me phetemine pills. i exercise for 30 minutes a day does it really works and do u have any suggestions

I've never heard of the b 12 diet, but if it doesn't let you eat fruit and vegetables, it's a load of rubbish.Your body needs a certain amount of fuel (food) each day to stay alive and do any exercise/activities that you're involved in. If you eat slightly less than this amount then your body will burn fat to make up the difference. If you eat way less than this amount, you'll go into starvation mode and won't lose anything.Figure out how many calories you need to eat each day to lose weight, how many extra calories you burn through exercise, and how many calories are in the foods you eat.
