I wanted to lose 100 pounds in a year.-L.A. Weight Loss rep was only to glad to say yes I could, and took my money, wrote up the contract that states in big bold letters -If for any reason I fail to achieve these results, I can continue on the program at no extra charge. I lost 34 pounds over 6 months. The weight loss stopped, despite following the plan.& I started to gain so my plan was changed, several times. The program itself was redesigned by the company and the eating plans were modified and I gained weight again- while my husband was convalescing from surgery I could not make it into the clinic three times a week...I was told no problem...we then went on vacation...during which time the anniversary date of my contract came up...I didn't worry as my contract said I could continue on...now they are saying I can't...because I can not prove that I followed the plan 100% -100% of the time!!!!I am upset .I did not lose the weight despite all there "tricks" and they are dumping me!

Put it behind you. You lost 34lbs and that's awesome!Losing weight comes down to calories in vs calories out. If your body has slightly less food than it needs each day, it'll burn fat to compensate.Check out this website - it'll help you figure out how much you need to eat for the amount of exercise you do (even if it's none!) and help you track how many calories you're consuming: http://caloriecount.about.com
