I have had man breasts since I was a kid and apparantly the introduction of mass testosterone in the body at teenage years is supposed to get rid of that, I'm 20 and still no change. This isn't to say I'm fat, my stomach is fine and I can see my ribs, but I still have the fat under my nipples. I run 5 miles a day and it just won't go away. I also feel down a lot, less so when I run because of the endorphins released, and I also have problems keeping an erection. Does this add up to a testosterone deficiancy?

Well, it does not sound like a testerone deficiency per se, but analysis over the internet is a fuzzy science at best."Fat under the nipples" is not a true breast. Those are firmer and more defined, usually circular and somewhat tender. If I were you, I would see my family doctor to discuss this.

From what I've read about low testosterone, these can be symptoms. The only way to know for sure is to have your doctor do blood tests. In the meantime, don't do anything drastic like taking steroids- that can make the problem a lot worse. There have been instances of men who've taken steroids having lower testosterone production, and if that's what is going on with you now, you don't want to exacerbate it.Also, are you keeping nutrition in mind? If you eat fatty foods but run 5 miles, you can still end up with problem fat areas.Have you considered weight training? As a woman on Depo-provera, I produce no testosterone (making it harder to build muscle), but I do still get aesthetic benefits from lifting weights. You may want to consider doing a lot of ab work. You mentioned that you can see your ribs. If you have a thick chest and a particularly skinny midsection, that will make the difference more noticeable. Build up your midsection and the difference will be less noticeable.
