| I am starting to notice Im getting over weight.I was on these diet pills that put me right where I wanted but when they pulled them from the market..Ive gained almost 20 lbs since last summer!! UGH.SUmmer is comming & I wont be wearing anything but cover ups.What can I take that even compares to my ephedra ?I know its not good for you but your not me.Help me out here people before I gain another lb |

| If you really want to lose weight and KEEP the weight off, then you should start by eating healthier foods, 5-6 small meals a day, and exercising (aerobics is really good for you, and weight lifting builds muscle, which burns fat) And drink lots of water! (8 glasses a day) |

| You need to read a book about alkalizing and find out what poor nutrition really does to your body. Namely sugar it is a monster on how it deprives you of energy and vitality. Tony Robbins really puts out good CD'S on this. Buy it on Ebay and save some money. Poor nutrition is really your problem it was mine but now I think of food differently and eat less of it. I know this can be hard at first but the increase in energy is positive motivitional feedback that will keep you going. Hope that helps. |

LOL OMG ME TOO. best suggestion would be to stock up on fresh fruit n veges and lean meats.diet pills are B.S!. there is only one real healthy way to stay healthy lol. dont get sucked into gimmics and fad diets/pills.try have a ton of v8 juice, and remember your vitamins. keep yourself busy all the time. and be active. |
