| I've been on the pill for about a year and shortly after I started, I gained about 10 pounds. I work out about 6-7 days per week (an hour or so of running most days plus cross-training and weight training 4 days) and I eat really well (only eat some junk food 1 day per week) and yet the weight will not come off! I've heard that many struggle with "hormonal weight" on the pill. How can I lose this weight when I go off of the pill this month? Preferably before summer. Any diet/ exercise advice is more than welcome. |
