Im about to go onto this diet that i really believe will work if only i can controll my outrageous hunger and strong cravings. its a healthy diet though, and im not looking for diet pills or whatever that will hurt my body. my diet is like this:wake up at a set time every morning, drink a glass of ice cold water, jog or power walk for 30-40 min, then eat breakfast. breakfast consists of 1 scoop of protien powder in a glass of water, 2 whole raw fruits and veggies, then a (hunger scale breakfast) meaning: depending on how hungry i am, i have a scale of 100-300 calories that i can eat extras for that meal. and then go on with the day. there are 4 of those exact meals at set times every day for 1 month. i also plan on working out at the gym a fews a week for extra cardio, strngth training, and muscle toning.....first of all does this sound healthy? secondly, should i be able to lose a significqant (but not outrageuos) amount of weight by doing this.how can i lessen huner n stop crvngs?

You need to think about how many calories you are burning & what your purpose of the diet is. If you aren't taking in enough calories to sustain your normal activities plus the added gym activities, you can actually do more harm to your body than good. The initial diet sounds fine if you are having about 300 calories per meal, but eventually you'll want to even things out as you gain more control over yourself & you work out more & more. Just be careful that you don't end up psyching yourself out by trying to stay on a diet that is too strict for you right now. If all else fails, talk to some of the health assistants at your gym. They are free to talk to at most gyms & they can get you on a healthy eating plan that works for you. That is the best thing to do since they can assess what you want to do as well as what type of person you are & decide what is the best plan for you. As for cravings? Water works well for me.

Drink lots and lots of water. Many times when people eat they aren't actually hungry, they're really thirsty.Chew gum.Brush your teeth, food tastes nasty after you brush your teeth so you won't give into cravings.Don't completely deprive yourself of foods that you like, unhealthy things are alright every once in a awhile. By doing that your less likely to give up on your diet.
