i've noticed that i'm gaining weight. i eat pretty good usually but what are some good things i can do to tone? special exercises and stuff like that. i want to loose about 5 pounds and tone.

just cut out the sugary foods and replace them with fruit lolu can just do like a 30min workout beofre you go to bed or in the morning of sit ups etc

go take a walk for about an hour, wear comfy shoes. lol. walking helps ur heart, the heart pumps blood, the blood gets rid of waste from ur cells, and dont eat macdonalds like each week lol, learn how to cook so u no wats in ur food u eat. and dont eat so much fatty foods, eat like a salad all day long. and if that doesnt work, work out more. dont not eat cuz thats even worse. not eating dusnt let ur stomach acids have somthing to munch on, so wat will they munch on wen thers nothing left? ur stomach lining and muscles and stuff. not eating makes u weak and not have the strengths u need for the day. eat more fruits and veggies = )
