| i am 5'7" and i weigh 165 pounds i would say that i am pretty in shape due to the fact that i play volleyball and run track almost all year round. however, winter is my off season, and since the end of volleyball i have gained a whooping 10 pounds. i wanted to know what is a good workout plan for me, i want to focus on slimming down my stomach since this is where i gained most of the weight. i also want something that will get me in shape for track season which starts in march.currently i have started doing about 30-40 minutes of cardio each day and doing crunches and planks. is this good? what else can i do? what kinds of food should i be eating?thanks for any help.i would like to lose about 20 pounds, but more importantly get a flatter stomach. its more about how toned i look than how much i weigh. |
