| I've been wanting to get in shape for the longest time. I went from pudgy fat kit at the playground to the skinny tall guy in high school. I have put on a little weight now. I am between 6'2-6'3 and I weigh 170 pounds. I am very lean I just have these fat deposits on my belly/chest. I guess you could say I have this cookie-doughish front. I want to get rid of that and gain some definition. I plan to stick to a balanced diet. I also understand the need for lots of protein. I plan on eating six small meals, fruits, vegetables, no soda pop. Only water or reduced fat milk. I have access to a gym and I can workout at least 4 times a week and sometimes 5.Do you have any tips to reach my goal? |
