| Well the break down:Iam 16, 6', and 306I decided I need to get active, because I haven't seriously played a sport since I was 14. Well, I signed up for Varsity football. We run an intense resistance program and have doing so for about a two months now. The coach has now moved into during some intense cardio every other day after practice. Yesterday, was the first day and he had us runnning what he called Gassers(i believe that is how it is wrote out). It's basicaly about a 30-40 yard dash at 3/4 then back, then the 30 yds again, and back(thats one). This was all after we had just come from an upperbody lift day. I completed one gasser and on my second one ,my body just made me stopped. I went to go get some water. The arch of my feet was in extreme pain( I toook off my shoes), Breathing was uncontrolllable, temple pounding, I then threw up(alot)mostly clear liquid.Any tips for improving for my stamina? How long does it take to get accustomed to runnning?and the initial questio |
