I am 18 years old, 113 pounds; i just got a f4 polar heart rate monitor, and it says that I burned 800 calories? is this right??? can I count on this thing, or is it totally out of wacK? maybe I should get a new one...i want one thats accurate..so confused!!Anyone else have the same problem??? |

| It's totally possible. You burn about 400 cals. / hour running on a treadmill. Running on an incline could greatly increase that number. It sound about right. |

| That sounds right. I burn about 10 calories per minute during a really good cardio workout. I would definitely say a 12% incline would get your heart rate up. I love my Polar HRM! |
