| Waz guanin everyone? just wanted to ask, my friend just joined his local gym and he needed some guidance on how to train up and gain weight and build muscle. It sounds funny but he says whenever he goes gym he doesnt know where to start, what to do and how many reps and so on. I dont know coz i aint no trainer so i need some answers plz... He wants to follow a boxers work out plan. So he wants to know what to do e.g. what to start with, how many times to pick it up then moving to a slighly higher weight and so on. So thanks for ur help and i look foward to hearing from y'all soon! |

| I'm a personal trainer--if he wants to box, he will need to do speed drills, work the bag, find a partner and do some one on one with the pads. When lifting, find the heaviest weight you can lift with proper form 1 time, then cut that weight in half. Whatever that number is, is a good place to start lifting. Although it may be still a little too heavy, so drop down to the next size dumbbell.Eat lowfat protein, and do a creatine supplement for 6 weeks. Pre workout, and post, then stop the creatine. |
