| Eat lots of salad, spinach, small servings of low-fat protein (skinless chicken, fish, tiny amounts of cheese). Cut way down on anything with bread or wheat in it. Don't eat anything from a box. Go out for a walk around the block, take the dog, take the kids, get yourself moving (I like to go dancing). |

| Well I think your definately thinking smart by not going the weightloss pill route. The trick to losing weight is simply by eating a balanced diet. Limiting your sodium intake would really benefit you as well. Most people just don't realize how much water weight they are all carrying around. Try looking into The Rice Diet. It's a sensible dieta .... |

| You can lose 15 pounds in a month and a half. You just have to eat right and exercise. Make sure you do cardio at least 3 days a week. I hope that helps. |
