I am 16 years, weigh 135 pounds and i am 5 foot 7...Currently i do cardio for about 30 minutes almost every day and lift weights at the local gym.I have alot of extra fat on my stomach and thighs...What kinds of foods should i eat so i can avoid gaining anymore weight in these areas...and lose weight.and is there any exercises that target these areas that i could fit into my work outs?

u r actually normal weight!ok i hate when ppl r all im fat when they r all skinny!11
