| I'm looking for a workout dvd that has both a good cardio session, and some pilates or even some yoga. I would prefer pilates! Does anyone know of any great ones that aren't so expensive? |

| Windsor pilates are the best, nothing else comes close, and they work. I have tried others, but, windsor is by far the best. you can even buy it on e-bay for a reduced price, i did, and am happy. don't get sucked into the windsor website, you will be sent dvd's every other month, and it's a real hassle to stop this process, buy on amazon, or e-bay. |
