I took the phentermine/prozac combination. Read the book: Turn off the hunger switch by Dr. Paul Rivas. It is awesome. I lost 50 pounds. I took 20 mg of Prozac and 37.5 mg of Phentermine. Make sure you eat 3 meals a day because if you don't eat, this won't work. I ate healthy stuff because the pills make it easy. Good Luck.

Im a single mom, so i dont have time for working out, so a couple weeks ago i was watching an Oprah Winfrey rerun ,and Beyonce' said she used this diet to loose weight for the movie Dreamgirls. so i looked up the site and there she was on the front page taking about it, i 've been on it 5 days and i have lost 6lbs so far (with no excercise). so when in doubt you should do what the smart stars do..hope this helps. http://www.themastercleansesecrets.com/

The two major keys to weight loss is proper eating and exercise, any diet pills and supplements should only be secondary after you fix your eating habits and exercising, because if you just rely on the pills once you stop using them without learning proper health habits you'll just gain all the weight back.Diet:First you should eat every three hours. Constantly eating boost your metabolism. If you skip meals your body goes into "starvation" mode since it doesn't know when it will be fed next whenever you do eat it stores extra fat. Also try not to eat late at night try to eat dinner by 7pm definitely no later than 9pm. This is what I hear from many people and my kickboxing coach and also my kickboxing book. "We've asked you to eat five times a day- don't fret. You won't gain fat, especially if you know a thing or two about basic nutrition. Remember that eating every three to four hours revs your metabolism, which is one way your body burns calories." - The Complete Idiot's Guide to Kickboxing by Karon Karter and Guy Mezger.Heres what the schedule should look like7am Breakfast10am Snack1pm Lunch4pm Snack7pm Dinner9-10pm Light Snack if still hungry. Or you can eat it right after your Dinner. Now as for what you should eat for these snacks and meals I'll leave up to you here are some good ideas you can mix and match these meal items to create your own diet.Breakfast:1)Cereal with Low fat milk. Something like Special K, Cheerios, or Frosted Wheats.2)Oatmeal3)A few slices of turkey bacon, couple pancakes or few pieces of toast, a piece of fruit-A glass of 100% Juice. Usually the cheapest pure juice is apple or orange.Lunch:1)A sandwich take your pick ham, turkey, chick, beef, pb and j, just try to avoid too much mustard, mayo, or any other sauce. Slap on some low fat cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, or whatever veggie you like and enjoy. Oh yeah try wheat bread its a lot better for you.2)Also the same as making a sandwich buy a sub from Subway. You can eat the sandwich with a "Grab" size bag of baked chips.Dinner:1)Grilled or baked chicken breast or fish fillets seasoned it how you please. Remove the skin do not bread the chicken or fish, fry it, or add too much salt to it. Sides: Your choice of veggies: I personally love either corn or steamed broccoli. One baked potato avoid sour cream, adding a lot of butter, bacon bits. Try to keep it as close to a plain potato as possible. Or one potato chopped up and roasted with herbs is good too.2)Homemade Hard or Soft Tacos: Use ground turkey instead of ground beef(if you do decide to use beef use lean beef), Romaine or Green Leaf Lettuce(healthier than Iceberg), Tomatoes, 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Topped with salsa is you like, wrap in preferably corn tortilla (corn is slightly better than flour, but flour is ok) or place in taco shells.3)Grilled Hamburgers:Like before use ground turkey if not at least lean beef. Grill over charcoal it adds great flavor to the meat along with dripping off extra fat/grease if you dont not have a charcoal grill or time to grill look into getting an inside grill such as a George Foreman Grill though you do not have the same add taste from the charcoals you will still benefit from extra fats dripping off the meat. Use whole wheat buns. 2% milk cheese, and the extra veggie toppings you may like. Add additional condiments sparingly if at all. What good are hamburgers without french fries, huh? To avoid cook fries in a healthier way try frying them in olive oil(olive oil is pretty expensive though compared to corn/vegetable oil) or bake the fries in the oven. Place in a pan and use only a little vegetable oil to prevent fries from sticking and set oven to broil turning over when the fries are golden brown. The fries will be healthier than deep frying them and still have that crunchy crispy fried taste.4)Big salad with grilled chicken. Watch the salad dressing that usually screws people up.5)I'm not a big fan of red meat but you can eat it every so often, try to get lean beef or pork and go for grilling or baking it similar to the chicken and fish. Serve with your sides of veggies you like.Snacks:1)1-2 servings of fruit or veggies. Celery, Apples, Bananas, Raisins, just to name a few.2)Handful of nuts lightly salted.(My favorite cashews)3)Grab size bag of baked chips4)2 oatmeal cookies(iced or raisin are fine too)5)1 bag of 100 calorie snacks. They come in snacks flavors like Oreos.6)My favorite: a fruit smoothie.7)Yogurt8)Small salad9)Air popped popcorn is actually pretty good for you. Its not until you add the butter and salt that its becomes unhealthy.10)Granola bar.Drinks-You need to drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day.-Try to drink one cup of white or green tea for me. I personally like Snapple's White Tea infused with Strawberry you can buy the packages and brew at home within minutes-I know if you have the urge how hard it is to cut out all bad foods from your diet so for dinner you can have one diet soda or glass of crystal light-Try to drink only 100% juice many "juices" out there are only about 20% real juice. Even then drink sparingly because many juices have a lot of sugar regardless.(You may want to try reduce sugar juices)Exercise: Try to do something you think is fun anything you enjoy doing. That will make exercising more fun and you'll be less likely to bail out on working out. So if there is a sport you enjoy go for that, you are interested in martial arts try kickboxing, or of course you can still with the treadmill or join a gym. Just get movin'.I gave my mom The Biggest Loser Workout: Cardio Max and she enjoyed it and lost weight , also some pretty good workout DVDs are Turbo Jam, Hiphop Abs, Carmen Electra Striptease Aerobics, Women's Health: The Wedding Workout, and Billy Blanks Bootcamp. As for diet pills. I guess the main thing you wanted to know about:I've never taken it, but after looking at the reviews from customers I've concluded Alli is good. It's the only FDA approved over-the- counter weight-loss pill. It works by blocking about 25% of the fat you consume which means it cuts out some of the calories you ingest therefore helping weight loss. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000S9G6EM?ie=UTF8&tag=marartpla-20&l inkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B000S9G6EM1)It helps increase the amount of weight loss but you still have to watch what you eat and exercise2)About 70% of people were satisfied and 30% of people were not3)Typical weight loss(if any)seems to be 1-2.5lbs per week.4)Most people who weren't satisfied was because of the side effects associated-alli blocks the absorption of about 25% of fat, so when youeat it....its gotta go somewhere. you'll notice an oily substance(fat) in your stool-also gas seems to be a problem too-just because it blocks some of the fat you eat doesn't mean you can go crazy eating fatty foods. it appears people who pig out on fatty foods while taking it gets diarrheaAlso Hydroxycut has good reviews: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000S9G6EM?ie=UTF8&tag=marartpla-20&l inkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B000S9G6EMIf you are looking for a pill that suppresses your hunger look for something with hoodia in it like Trimspa: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BAUSO2?ie=UTF8&tag=marartpla-20&l inkCode=xm2&camp=1789&creativeASIN=B000BAUSO2

HiI will tell you my experience with weightloss pills:I've been struggling with my weight for a long time. I used to be fat since I was a little kid.At this time, I am 20 years old and my heigth is 5 7". Before I started using pills my weight was 287 pounds. That has been 5 months ago. Since then, I lost 77 pounds. Now I am down to 210 pounds, which still is too much.Since I was really fat, I never had too many friends. All people around me were teasing me, because of my weight.I tried everything to lose weight, but there was no way for me. At this time I decided to buy diet pills.I started to search the internet, but only found sites with affiliate links inside, so I was sure, that those were fake. Then I ran over http://www.weightlossresearch.info, which had no aff. links at all, and was giving good information. I decided to buy the recommended pills, and I'm really happy that I did that. The pill is called proactol. It is pretty expensive, but I didn't care about that. Since I am using those pills, I never experienced any side effects at all. Sometimes I am a little thirsty, but that is not bugging me at all.I can really recommend the pills as being good. That at least is my experience.Hope to have helped you!
