| 135' 1"117 lbs.I have a little more fat on my stomach and legs than I would like.I started to eat better and ride an exercise bike 10 miles a day (bout 30-35 minutes, 300-350 calories) I know this doesn't specifically target my stomach and legs, but will it still help reduce the fat on them? I was thinking of doing hundred or so sit-ups morning and night daily to try and help in stomach. Would it help a lot or a little or none at all? Also would running outside be better than biking indoors in summer to get of fat on legs bcuz it has more movement? Just Wondering... Anything is appreciatedDo I really need to worry about this that much?BTW, I'm not fatter than any of my friends really and I have about as much (if not more) endurance as they do, but I would still like to be a little more confident when I go swimming and such. Would it make that much difference to you (If you were in my shoes) Please give your thoughts... |

| No, just continue to eat clean and do what you are doing. you could do 1000 situps a day and still not see your abs because there is a layer of fat there so keep your diet clean, use a mirror not a scale for your progress. Good Luck |
