You need to change up your routine. Don't do the same thing every time you go to the gym. Do the treadmill one day the elliptical the next a class the next and so forth. Also change up the different levels on the machines. If it isn't hurting you to be doing it, it isnt working. Eat a lot of chicken and fish. Lean protien is teh best thing you can eat. It helps promote muscle growth, which will help you lose weight and look lean and toned. Also don't expect to see results right away. Its a working process.

Dont worry, your body is used to storing fat. It takes time, but at one point your bpdy will realise it doesnt need to store as much fat. That is, if you eat right. Also, try Tea - non caffeinated is best. Here's my theory: Think of bacon; when you cook it, the fat is transparent, but you cant just drop it down the sink, since it will clog up the drain. Same thing for your digestive system, when you eat fatty foods, they stay on the walls and you dont feel so good. Tea help the fat go through the system. Thats my theory anyways tea makes the fat flush away!! Green tea helps alot too since its made to speed up your metabolism. Also, make sure your stress levels are low, as anxiety doesnt help in the slimming down process, I should knowalso, always opt for the stairs if where you need to be is one or two levels up!!

You don't need to loose weight at this point your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 20.2.Underweight = BMI less than 18.5Healthy = BMI between 18.5 and 24.9Overweight = BMI between 25 and 29.9Obesity = BMI over 30If you want to tone up then you would increase repetitions of weight lifting, if you want to burn more flab then increase your cardio also it seems you are eating too little. When you eat too few calories your body goes into starvation mode and it will be a lot harder to burn the last few calories than if you are eating enough calories. For further information consult a dietian for your specific needs
