I am 15, 5ft4 tall and weigh 7.9 stone...=S...How many feet (30 cms) should i run a day, on average?

u dont need to excercise your kind of underweight therei am 15 4.2 and 11 stonesaverage of ust on wieght for you frame is 9 to 10 stone

You don't really have to run every single day...If you're wanting to lose weight, then you should concentrate more so on the intensity of your workout and how long you're working out.If your goal is weight loss, then you should do about 45 minutes of running/jogging 4-6 times a week. After 30 minutes of cardio, your body shifts from burning carbs to burning fats; unless of course you run first thing in the morning, then your body goes straight to burning fat.If your goal is to just be healthy, then you should do about 30 minutes of running 3-5 times a week (but don't forget--the average person should be getting 30 minutes of exercising every single day anyhow)!
