I'm 16 and having been working out for over a year. I was about 20-25 pounds overweight (I'm tall with broad shoulders so it kind of hides) but about 2 months ago I started to also run and eat healthy. Ive lost about 15 pounds so far but I still have a flabby chest. My whole life I've had a fatty chest area that isnt really in the shape of pecs but is pointy. I have large nipples which doest help. My nipples/chest also points out of my shirts. Even though i've lost weight and things like my shoulders, arms and upper chest are defined, my lower chest is a mess (I do bench press and flys). How do I give them a better shape? Any exercises? Is their any kind of plastic surgery that could help me with this when Im older?Im tired of hiding the problem and want to fix it. Thanks

I'd work on two things-Cardio- This will help reduce your overall body fat, including around the upper chest, to give you a more defined and toned look.I'd also do other types of chest workouts, this would include regular bench press, incline press, decline press, flys, maybe even some shouldler work outs.If you work on both the aerobic and anaerobic exercises you should see results soon. The answerer above has got it right, I'm just going to point you to a link where you will find instructions and video clips of the various exercises. The secret is to vary your exercises for optimum results, and be consistent with your weekly exercise regime.
