If combined with a healthy diet and otherwise normal activity, you'll lose a little, gradually. If you did the 45 minutes several times a week, you'd lose more.

You burn a few extra calories, but 45 minutes a week makes about the same difference as cutting out 200-250 calories a week - not a large amount. You are much better off walking every day for 10 minutes, and the benefits are even greater if you can manage a 10 min walk 2x per day.

45 minutes a week isn't enough to have an effect. Any weight loss will come from calorie restriction. For exercise to be a significant factor, its got to be at least an hour a day.

total of 45 mins in the week? no way.45 daily? for sure.if you do run 45 min daily, things to remember* get running shoes* change your shoes every 3 months (cushion wears out)*run on soft ground, like grass*run with a watch and time yourself. try to make better time always. Remember, it is not how long you work out, but how hard.the first 3 point will help you prevent injuring your back. RUN FOREST RUN

Try running 45 minutes a day instead.45 minutes a week is like 7 minutes a day, and in a day you need 30 minutes + excersise. Also remember to eat healthy, and drink lots of water!Good luckxx
