ok i gained 10 lbs i now weigh 150lbs i want to get down to 130 by april is it possible if i run at 6.5mph for 30mins and walk at 4mph for 30mins and drink only water and caffene free tea (no sugar) and eat only lean meats and fruits and veggiesno diet pillso and im 5'5

You have about 2 months to lose the weight and you should be able to lose at least 24 pounds in a healthy way. The diet is fine and you might want to include some fiber foods because the fiber expands in your stomach and gives you a full feeling. Microwave popcorn is great but watch the brand that you get. The calories in the low fat brands is 10 to 20 calories a cup and this is a great treat if you like popcorn.

It sounds possible, if you are talking about running and walking at least 5 days a week. I hope it is possible because I need to loose about 15 lbs before May! I'm sending some good luck your way! =)

Yeah, that will work. If you wanna get there faster, you could do some extra things, like if you have a mountain you can hike (like a small one...and not like climb it, just walk it), you can do that. Of course, I suggested that, because I live in Arizona, and there are tons of mountains here :DBut you could just do some extra walking in your spare time Very Happy

yeah u got the plan to lose the weight... sounds very good... you could even do a little less cardio, and add some weight training in there so u gain more strength and muscle tone.. and keep doing the cardio so the muscle u develop is more lean and solid.. excellent plan!just remeber to include more protein!

I don't know abt these but I was very stressed at work for a week and worked long hours and slept very late. I lost lots of weight.
