| now topping 200lbs and am worried about it. NOt in bad shape but wondering if any1 has success with store bought diet pills, what do you reccomend? |

I lost 20 pounds last summer by excercising and watching my intake of food. Diet pills and things like that are useless. They can have side effects and affect you later on in life because of the chemicals in them. Get fit the natural way. It's the best and healthiest way, and you'll also lick the habit of laziness if you get off your butt.  |

| I think that you don't sleep enough and maybe you are little stress.This factors and others will make you fat , people with sleep disorders are more tend to obesity that people who sleep do.It's important to understand the stress is a mood in our body which the brain translate as an emergency , meaning it'll do anything to be prepare for any shock including lack of food , so the body start to gain fatHope I helped you |

| I would stay away from any pills. You just need to find a good diet and exercise program that you can stick to. check out http://dietreviews.wetpaint.com there are some amazing weight loss programs on this site that will have you losing weight quickly. |
