| I am on 600-700 calorie diet but I am low in fibre..I don't want to lose a lot of nutrients...what should I do? Take fibre pills? |

| Why are you on that diet? It is IMPOSSIBLE for an adult to get the proper amount of everything on that little. Go ask a dietician. 1200 calories/day is the minimum for a very inactive person, and even then you need to be careful to make sure you're getting what you need. Eat more. Please. |

| You're already losing a lot of nutrients by only consuming 600-700 calories! That's just stupid. Why not eat right and exercise? You'll probably be on this little 600-700 calories diet for three whole days, you'll get hungry, and you'll end up gaining even more weight.Stop looking for an easy way out. You didn't get overweight through a period of two months. |

| If you want to lose weight and be healthy, you have to eat over 1000 calories a day, and drink 8 glasess of water too.xx |
