| i would think so. u may not think so, but ur still so young. ur body is still adjusting and growing. just let it take its course while u lead a healthy lifestyle (eat right, exercise moderately). |

| Very harmful. And not just to 15 year olds. Those pills are bad for everybody. Best way to lose weight is through a balanced diet and regular exercise. Sucks, but that's it. There are no quick fixes in long-lasting weight loss. |

| I would not. At 15 exercises should help you slim down if that's what you're asking. Taking weight loss meds now, just hurts you later on. Trust me, I've been dieting sense the age of 13. |

| yes, it is. You could have health problems and not even knowit. You shouldn't be taking diet pills at all. Just eat good foodsand exercise. |

| It's not harmful, it's just a waste of money. Most of them don't work, including Hoodia.Nature provides far more effective appetite suppressants: fiber, a handful of nuts, even water.So eat more fruits, vegetables, whole wheat, oatmeal, and nuts. Drink more water. Also, eat 5-6 small meals instead of 2-3 big meals. And try to equalize your protein and carbs (eat more protein and less carbs, so the amounts are about equal). The secret to staying fit is to feel full with less food. You don't need pills to do that. |
