| Do you really think that if ANY of the "diet" pill on the market "really worked" there would be so many overweight ppl on here begging for help. Nope. We'd all be popping pills and have an ideal BMI. The only place they help you loose weight is in your wallet.Calorie management and exercise is the only sensible and effective way to control weight. |

| you better check it out from a specialist...you should not take anything because somebody recommend it or used it... it maybe effective to them but not for you...anything you take in to your mouth maybe dangerous to your kidney and other internal organs.. |

| if they worked then everyone would be on them. i stupidly tried adios for a while, combined it with healthy eating and it wasnt annny different than just eating healthy and losing weight. |

| The majority of herbal slimming pills on sale over the counter don`t work. Adios apparently can for some people, but not with me. Hoodia does work, but the majority of them on sale are really low-dose, and therefore failk to work. |
