id visit the docs, if your usually quite active then there might be a physical cause, you might be anemic, low iron in your blood, i had to have injections every day when i was pregnant, it made me pale looking, tired and just felt realy lazy which was out of charactor for me, its worth a check up, you never know! good luck!

One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! - it's just pills, but you'll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to http://www.fit-diet-fun.us and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

I do the same, I get up early run 2-3 miles, sit ups, weight lifting and stretching. Then I go to school, work, and then come back to study. You do get tired after a while you're, especially doing all you do. The body will take it but after a couple of months it starts to get tired, stress also causes tiredness, and you have to let it rest more than the 8hrs day you should get of sleep. Don't stop the exercise just don't do as much and rest longer. You must also not forget to take vitamins and supplements. Your period can also make you tired and sleepy so that can be one reason. You should in any case check yourself with your doctor just to make sure it's nothing more than fatigue
