| Probably at least 18, though I don't recommend these things anyway. A healthy diet and regular exercise is a far better way to lose weight. |

| You most likely have to be 18 .. if they check your ID. However, if your young you shouldnt take diet pills due to side effects. If you dont feel you can loose weight through working out and eating right, then you should see a doctor because it could be a medical condition. Just remember that a balanced diet EVERY DAY and exercising 3-4 times a week is necessary if you think your trying to loose weight. And it takes time! Good luck! |
