| diet pills normally do not work ... anyways ... i dont know your situation but I have thought about diet pills myself and if you really think you need to be on a diet or diet pills i would talk to your doctor about getting on a prescription diet pill or appitite suppresent .. but 16 you are still really young you dont need to be taking diet pills ... good luck |

| I'd advise you not to do that. You can become too dependent on the pills. Your metabolism will lower due to not eating enough, which in turn will make you gain weight when you resume eating properly. You can die from them. Trust me. I'm 16 and I've taken them. I used to have weight problems and they were useless. They didn't help me at all. Especially when my mom found them.Even if you are overweight, don't use them. Just change up your exercises and eating. |
